Get AI Marketing builds AI receptionists, chatbots and search visibility for Las Vegas businesses, so a fair amount of what we handle is conversations: your form request, your call with Alex, and, once you're a client, the calls and chats your own customers have with the tools we set up. This page explains what we keep, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Get AI Marketing is operated by Dynamic Digital Marketing in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy covers getaimarketing.com, our phone line (725) 433-6637, the free marketing review form, and the information we handle while delivering services such as our AI receptionist setup and Google Business Profile work. A signed service agreement can add terms for a specific client; where it does, the agreement controls.
The form asks for your name, phone number, business name or website, and the problem you want fixed. The longer version on the contact page also asks for an optional email address and a note. We record whether you ticked each consent box and when the form was sent.
Calls to (725) 433-6637 are answered by Alex, an AI voice assistant, before anyone on our team gets involved. Each call may be recorded and transcribed, and a short written summary is produced so we can follow up without asking you to repeat yourself. We also log the number you called from, the time and the length of the call. If you would rather not talk to an AI, say so on the call and Alex will pass a callback request to a person.
The site sits behind Cloudflare, which processes your IP address, browser type and request details to deliver pages and block attacks. Our server keeps standard access logs. We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting tags on this site.
Each form carries a hidden field and a timing check that robots tend to trip. Submissions that look automated are flagged and logged rather than passed on as leads.
The text-message box on our forms starts unticked and is optional. You can send the form without it and we will still call you about your request. If you tick it, Get AI Marketing may text you about that request, for example to confirm a time for your review or share the results. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The carriers and messaging platform that deliver our texts handle your number only to send them.
We use what you send us to call you back, prepare your free review, put together a flat-price proposal, deliver the services you sign up for, bill for them, keep our systems secure, and meet legal obligations. Call summaries and form details are also how we judge which services to recommend; we don't use them to build marketing lists.
Client work usually means access to your Google Business Profile, website, hosting or analytics. We ask for manager or user roles rather than your password wherever the platform allows it, use that access only for the work we agreed, and ask you to remove it when the engagement ends. Your Google Business Profile always belongs to your business; we work on it as a manager.
When we set up an AI receptionist or website chatbot for you, the calls and chats your customers have with it are processed on your behalf so you receive the lead, the transcript and the summary. We do not sell that information or use it to market to your customers. Because they are your customers, telling them they are speaking with an AI and that calls may be recorded is part of how we configure your assistant, and you remain responsible for any notices your industry requires.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the providers that make the service work: website hosting and security (Cloudflare and our host), phone and text carriers, the voice and AI language-model platforms that run Alex and our clients' assistants, and email delivery. Each receives only what it needs for its job. We will also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Call recordings are kept for a limited period by our voice provider and then deleted; the transcript and summary we need to follow up stay with your lead record. Form leads are kept while there is a business reason to keep them, such as an open proposal or an active client relationship. The site is served over HTTPS only, and access to lead records and client accounts is limited to the people doing the work.
Email [email protected] or call us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we have to keep something for billing or legal reasons.
Nevada law lets consumers ask a website operator not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell it, but you can still send that request to the email above and we will confirm it in writing.
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
When our tools or practices change, we update this page and the date at the top. Our Terms & Conditions cover use of the site and the text program in more detail.
