Email [email protected] or call (725) 433-6637 and ask for the person handling your account. It helps to include:
Raising a concern never affects how we treat your account.
A person, not an automated reply, confirms what we understood and who is looking into it.
That usually means reviewing call recordings and transcripts, the assistant's instructions, change history on your profile or site, and our notes on your account.
You'll get what we found, what we'll change and when. If it needs longer, we tell you why and when to expect an answer.
After a correction, we test it, for example by calling your AI receptionist ourselves, and confirm with you that it's resolved.
Ask for the complaint to go to the owner, who will review the file personally. You always keep your outside options, including the Nevada Attorney General's consumer protection office. Using this policy first is not required and doesn't limit your rights.
